WHO WE ARE
Backpack Buddies NC was founded by 17 year old Molly Erskine in the spring of 2020. With the help of Lucia Hoerr, founder of Backpack Buddies VA, Backpack Buddies NC was born! Backpack Buddies mission is to provide fun backpacks filled with school supplies to underprivileged students across North Carolina at the start of each school year!

Making A Difference
OUR FIRST YEARS
During our first year (August 2020) we donated 37 filled backpacks to a local school in Charlotte, NC. Our second year (August 2021) we were able to donate 180 filled backpacks and lunch boxes!
